Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday EST(excluding US federal holidays) will be processed the following day and, pending credit card verification will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on non business days will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification, shipped within 3 business days or processing.
We offer 2 shipping methods, both tracked USPS services. Our standard delivery is offered at a cost of $5 taking 3-7 days. Our express shipping takes 1-2 days (from shipping date) at a cost of $15.
The point at which the item is picked up by USPS the liability for said package transfers for the shipping company. We will notify customers of tracking numbers via email at the time of shipping.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States of America.

Most merchandise purchased from Chloe & Twine may be returned or exchanged for store credit (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at email@example.com. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Chloe & Twine will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.
* Sale items are non-refundable . They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Most orders can be canceled without a cancellation / restocking fee as long as the items are not in the process of shipment. Items that are in the process of shipment cannot be canceled. Sale items cannot be canceled after order is placed.
Refused deliveries, or orders that are canceled after the item has shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and restocking fees.
